Reholder?

Hey guys,

I just won this auction for a psa 8 gold star rayquaza, and I just noticed a grime spot on top left (in pictures). My question to you is: would you recommended me cracking the case and cleaning the grime and submitting it to psa for a reholder? Would PSA allow this? I personally do not know how this card got an 8…(https://imgur.com/a/8TpmlVn)

Once you crack the case, the former PSA grade is invalid and the card would be graded again if you sent it in
