Resealed Pack guide

As a sealed blister and booster pack collector I am always concerned whether a booster I have bought has been resealed, especially with PSA grading that resealed 1st edition booster. So I thought I would make a thread so that people could share experience with this matter.

Interesting watch from Rudy (not Pokémon but still relevant ) The MOST impressive FAKE RESEALED / RE-PACKED Booster Packs I have ever seen - YouTube

Curious as well. I have an offer to purchase a few 1st ed loose base boosters, but haven’t acted on them because I’m still trying to figure out how to authenticate.

sigh… seeing s**t like this will give people ideas… pretty sad… should turn it off…

resealing can be distinguished by the glue usually, and comes down to how the pack feels, and what you can see afterwards and how it tears can indicate if its a reseal…

Same rules apply:

Buy from legitimate high feedback sellers…

Buy sealed boxes where you can…

Try to stay away from anything loose which may have weighed packs, or reseals…
