Rocket’s Mewtwo Holofoil Weight?

I’m curious if anyone knows first hand if the weight of a pack containing Rocket’s Mewtwo is lower than the other holos in a box?

I just purchased two Gym Challenge packs because they both had a good curve to them. One weighed in at 21 grams so I opened it and it had a Giovani’s Persian :blush: The second pack also has a good curve to it but it weighs 20.72 grams.

I was thinking since Rocket’s Mewtwo has a smaller holo surface than other holos, it may come from a lighter pack but wanted to see if anyone had any first hand knowledge before I crack it open.

If you want to use that logic it would actually be the reverse. Since the Holo is on the entire card and is just covered up by ink, the cards with the most holofoil showing should be the lightest, because there is less ink on top.

Its all negligible though

(the holo isnt just where it shows visibly)

The amount of holo is the same :blush: it is a full holo layer sandwiched between print layers on every WOTC holo. That is why you can acetone any holo and reveal a completely holo blank card.

Doh! I forgot the holofoil is the full length of the card. I think I was trying to make a reason to open it :wink:
