Hello everyone. I have a question regarding a sealed case mentioned I plan on purchasing in the title. From my knowledge every sealed blister case comes with the normal red/white tape but the case I’m purchasing does not have this. 
As you can see from the photo it just seems to be your normal standard tape with HS4, which I assume is HGSS Triumphant, in sharpie. The seller says that this came from a sealed master case of 6 sealed 24 pack blisters cases and that the master case had the red/white tape but the 6 cases inside did not when it was opened. I have done business with the seller before but I would just like to know your opinions if this is indeed a legitimate case or not. Thank you all for your help!
