Bulbapedia works well for a lot of this. Here is a link specifically for following the SM-P promo cards but they have pages for all sorts of stuff.

I use a combination of PokeBeach and Pokellector. The former pumps out the news and the latter is more for a quick gallery view of the cards in each set.
