Shining Gyarados Misprint holo orb?

Hi all,

I received this Shining Gyarados from someone on FB - suffice to say I’m having some problems with the seller as they described this card as mint with no scratches when there’s clearly a ton on it but that’s another matter. I’ve noticed it has this large holo orb on it. I’ve highlighted it with a green ring(red rings are pointing out scratches to seller) Is this a known misprint or a common thing on this card?

@fieldy618, Its just a part of the foil sheet. Very normal.

I call the big orbs on holos “Orbies”. You got your swirls and your orbies.

Does all english gyarados shine like that? Or this is a holo bleed? Shining Magikarp holo is kinda disappointing.
