Just a simple question, to have a complete Shining Pokémon set, there is 19 cards as of now that you have to collect in English correct?
Thanks,
Mjisaacs
Does this help?
bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Shiny_Pok%C3%A9mon#List_of_cards_featuring_Shiny_Pok.C3.A9mon
There are 19 English cards with the word “Shining” in the name. 20 if you want to include the Japanese corocoro Mew.
21 if you include Shining Imakuni? lol
And 119 if you include Shining Pokémon artworks instead of just the name: bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Shiny_Pok%C3%A9mon#List_of_cards_featuring_Shiny_Pok.C3.A9mon (English-only list though, so it excludes the CoroCoro Mew or this Japanese-only Altaria promo for example)
EDIT: Ah, @ash had already linked this list… My bad.Greetz,
Quuador
@quuador i dont suppose you could maybe compile a list of all shining artworks for japanese cards so i could cross check it against my own if you ever get the time spare?
But aren’t all Shining cards right here: bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Shiny_Pok%C3%A9mon#List_of_cards_featuring_Shiny_Pok.C3.A9mon
And if you open the individual links you can see their Japanese releases at the right (or at the release information).
Or am I missing something?

As you said it does not have cards such as altaria from the cd and i cannot see the silvally, silvally gx or poipole sm-p promos on there either. Being as you pointed out the number of cards with shinings i had figured you may have a more comprehensive list than the one on bulbapedia and figured i could check to see if mine was missing any frol there.
Ah ok. Hmm… I’m not sure how to search for them on Bulbapedia, though. I knew about the Altaria because I remembering seeing it once on YJ. Tbh, I didn’t even knew about the Silvally, Silvally-GX, or Poipole you mentioned… Usually when I create a list of a specific Pokémon I go to Bulbapedia’s TCG list, and work from there for other languages. But I’m not sure how to search for (Japanese) Shining Pokémon artwork not part of that Shining list… I’ll see if I can find a way to search for them when I have some more time.
