This is probably one of my favorite cards in my collection, one of my favorite arts for a Mew card and one of my favorite arts, period!

I have it, as long as I am right in thinking its the mew ex with artwork that was never released in english. Its a great mew, but I still like sunset mew more (also have it).
Your one has a swirl in the same place as mine! I wish i could show it but i can’t seem to figure out how to post pictures on this damn site haha! 
My personal copy is sealed. I’ll try and take a pick next time when I’m with that part of my collection. For now here is a PSA 10 I just got back from PSA:
Not the best picture… but it was a PSA10 until I released it from it’s case 
Personally this is my favourite card along side the fan club porygon amazing artwork
Why on earth would you release a PSA 10 from it’s case? It would be much better protected in the case! 
Otherwise it wouldn’t fit in my album… and the price was right at the moment to buy a PSA10 instead of an ungraded mint copy.
Released a PSA 8 Scramble Mew and a Unlimited Mew Goldstar as well 
Dont really care for the PSA grading.

Play promos sometimes seem to share exact holo patterns
That will look 100% identical or slightly off due to centering
