Skyridge Crystal Ho-oh rev. holo had a sudden price jump?

New here but I have enjoyed reading the forums here for a while now and noticed something interesting regarding Crystal Ho-oh. I keep tabs on both the Psa 10 Holo and Psa 10 rev. holo of crystal Ho-oh and since the end of February now there have been no more of the holo at all in Psa 10 form so how much the price changes from its last sale will be what I am really looking forward to seeing. The main thing however that I want to point out is that today all of the rev. holo crystal Ho-oh have been bought out except for 2 of them and both are being listed on Ebay for $1500-$2000 when forever now it has been readily available for $300-$400 at Psa 10. If those are the new price points for just a rev. Holo my mind will be blown, well if they do manage to be sold that is :stuck_out_tongue: . I never have seen the total listings being so low before but this month alone had many of the rev. holo’s be bought out and it really makes me wonder if I accidentally nabbed 2 cards that will be very hard to come by more than before.

Your mind is just blown by the ho oh? Have you not seen the rest of the market? I kid you not literally almost ever card has doubled in price within the last two months.

A sudden $1000 really did throw me off after watching this for like half a year now but it is true things are going up like crazy with everyone stuck at home. Even some diamond and pearl Psa 9 cards I was bidding on all were hitting new highs and were not under $20 anymore.

I just saw a private sale of a PSA 7 crystal charizard holo hit $1550 when the 9 was like $1200 for 2 years. Now that was a shock.

Lol yep the last recorded sale of a 7 was like $850

I’ve been getting back into the hobby recerntly and thought I sucked at finding good deals now, but apparently not. Pokemon demand is sky-high mid-pandemic, apparently lol

The bidding wars have not been kind nowadays that is for sure :face_with_spiral_eyes:

Pretty much every card doubled or tripled
