About a year ago I had gotten two of the 20th Anniversary Rocket cases for giggles when later I saw Scott’s video. I went online and scooped up two more cause I figured we couldn’t both be wrong.
Today, I can say, “Thank You Scott”.

All were under 280.00 but if I recall right, two were under 250.00.

I gaurantee if Scott released more Jim Cramer style videos on what to invest in/keep an eye out for, there’d be a lot of movement on those products and a lot of new eyeballs

I saw this too. I was going to respond but I decided against it. The thing is that he usually has one for sale, and it’s not like he’s the only one either. I believe in the video he just mentioned that he had sold one recently, so I guess he just listed another extra. Of course, Scott is obviously the Mob Boss of Shade City who holds the puppet strings for the sleaziest Instagram rafflers and shill bidders (lul), but this is not something to hit him for.

I don’t have a problem at all with the video followed by the listing. Nobody should really as it is just good business. Also it could have easily happened naturally. He’s got a deck he was planning to auction and realized he has never made a video about it. Why not make a quick video about it while it is on his mind? I watch all the videos and like all his others it was completely factual and informational. It would have obviously been a big no-no to super hype it up as being the rarest thing ever just to try and get extra undeserved $$ for it.
I think it could have gone without the “rarer than 1st edition base” in both titles but it obviously isn’t a false statement or just complete trash like “no charizard, no gold star” etc. as it is actually describing a trait of the item in question and the fact that it is rarer or less printed than 1st base.

He probably has one or two of these things in the world and you think he’s going to pimp out a video for a few bucks? Shame on anybody making such insinuations. E4 isn’t for this BS.
If you rearrange some of the letters in smpratte, you get the word tampers. Tampers with the market… Coincidence? You decide.

I had 2 trainer deck B’s listed for months without getting an offer, a day after Scotts vid came out, they both sold for full price which i thought was pretty funny lol
But anyone who thinks that he’d make a video promoting an item that he owns so he can auction it off for more money doesn’t know the calibre of collector he is

Team rocket cases are pretty tough to find… I remember when they came out I didn’t have any credit in Japan, so I couldn’t preorder 
I think original price was 22000 yen.
But this goes for most pre order only items in Japan, figures, toys, games will increase pretty fast after they are released and sold out everywhere. Then this case being card related… And really nice team rocket full arts… as well as being bulky and difficult to store in Japan where people don’t have much space… It was a sure thing.

I would promote cards I collected and sold too. Doesn’t mean he’s giving false information about the cards. Hilarious reddit thread though. Only 8 upvotes so less people saw that on reddit than here on E4.
