Stormfront Charizard: Holo pattern stained on my card.

Hi everyone,

This is my first post on here so forgive me if this has been asked before. I did look up to see if there were any questions about this, but I couldn’t find any threads.

So I purchased a Stormfront Charizard, and I noticed that it looked like it was stained when it arrived. After a closer look, it appears that the holo pattern (the stars, circles, and dots) are all over the card. I’m not sure if this is considered holo bleed since the pattern does not shine like the holographic part of the card. They are more like shadows all over the card.

Here’s a picture of the bottom border of the card so you can see what I’m talking about. Hopefully the quality is clear enough to see it. The stain’s pattern on the border underneath the water symbol is what convinced me that this was some sort of factory error. Is this a common error for Stormfront cards?

A large # of holos from the diamond and pearl series had the Holo pattern bleed through the rest of the card. Doesn’t add much to value afaik, but doesn’t detract either

I have one more question actually. If I decided to get this card graded by psa, would the holo bleed affect the grade of the card?
