Hi guys, Team Japan’s Pikachu card was distributed during June 2014 for the football world cup event.I wanted to know did you have to purchase the magazine at the newspaper seller in japan, or was it given during some football event ?

It was included with the “Pokemon New Mon” book released in the summer of 2014 in collaboration with the Enjin Project to support the Japan National Football team.
