Team Rocket Booster Sealed or Unsealed?

Dear ladies and gentlemen,

Iam new to the board, my name is Phil, Iam from Germany, collected heavily in 1999 when I was 9 years old, now Iam 30 and wanna invest a bit of my money into Pokemon cards.

I was a huge Pokemon fan as a child and Iam very happy that I can combine my “childish motifs” concerning collecting now with an investment factor :laughing:

I read a bit about sealed and repacked but I just wanna grow my knowledge on these topics.

I recently bought the depicted booster pack on Ebay and wanted to make sure it is legit:

My question is:
1.) Does it look unopened?
2.) The little gaps at the 4 ends of the pack, are they normal or are those signs of opening?

I appreciate your help and opinions a lot.

those are quite normal, pack looks fine

Those are speed holes. They make the pack go fast.

I’m not an expert, but I see no obvious signs of tampering.
