Finding a torchic with a clean holo (doesn’t need to be a 10) is a truly special thing! And a crazy hard feat.
I might even like the torchic more than Rayquaza, and I picked mudkip

Several ex ultra rares cost more than some gold stars. So there’s good arguments to be made that big ex cards are also top tier
