Hello everyone! First-time poster here.
I’ve been buying slabs for a while now, but I figured it’s about time I submitted some of my own.
I have a bit of a dilemma, though. I own the Birds SM210 promo in unreal condition. However, there’s a slight issue—a very faint pinkish misprint on the back where the “P” is.
If I were to get it graded by PSA, would this significantly affect the grade?

So disclaimer im not a professional grader but i have done some grading with oversite at Tree Frog grading.
looking at it overall looks like a 10 other than the surface which would be a 9/9.5 (depending on the company) if it went to tree frog it would be a bravo 10 which translates to a PSA 9
depending on how awake the grader is it may get a 10 but defiantly not a guarantee

In my opinion it wouldnt effect the grade if you send it to PSA
Printer hickeys do not affect the grade on PSA’s scale.
From the psa site “A PSA 9 is a superb condition card that exhibits only one of the following minor flaws: a very slight wax stain on reverse, a minor printing imperfection or slightly off-white borders. Centering must be approximately 60/40 to 65/35 or better on the front and 90/10 or better on the reverse.”
thats why i was saying there is a chance of a 10 but its not a guarantee

I’m not based in the US which is the reason why I was losing sleep over this haha. Submitting via international courier can get very very pricey for me
I would still submit with PSA though, most EU companies dont add anything besides more work for the buyer to crack it
