Topps 2000 the movie error card?

Can someone tell me if this is an error/misprint card? I just pulled this yesterday from a pack. All of the other cards in the pack were fine but this one is missing the front background, including the pokemon 2000 the movie logo. link

All of the ones i have found online, l the front (sticker part) looks like this link

If you look at the bottom right corner you see the mark 5/10. You need 10 cards to complete the artwork

Im talking about the front of the card. Where the sticker is. The moltres sticker is supposed to be set against the ice islands, but mine is blank, and missing the pokemon 2000 logo.
