I know this is a long shot, but does anyone know if there are scans or photos for the Pokemon Card Trainer Magazines uploaded online anywhere? Or if anyone would be willing to scan/photograph any of these magazines?
I have an interest in keeping tournament history preserved, and these magazines seem to have a lot of information for old Japanese tournaments which seem hard to find anywhere else.
I thought I would ask just in case before tracking them down. Any help on the best way to acquire them would be greatly appreciated too.
@rambo, I would be very interested in those scans too.
Once I thought, it would be possible that a few people could put some bucks into a “bucket” and pay someone to make high quality scans. But looking at the response to this thread that seems very unlikely.
@rambo I just got a Trainer Magazine Volume 7. Tomorrow I could scan the pages containing tournament information if you still need this specific issue!
This is a funny coincidence @muk ! I too just recently picked up a copy of one of the ones I’ve been eyeing for a while. Has one of my favorite cards in it out of the trainer mag promos.

@rambo , here are a couple crude pics. Perhaps I will leave it to thetropicalwoodsman to do better or muk and others to give legit scans. But here is a taster anyway. Super stoked on these, absolutely stunning mags with so many great pages that you can deduce the meaning of without knowing Japanese.
That would be amazing and yeah would be looking for tournament information, but please don’t force yourself to do too much. 16 magazines is a lot and it looks like I don’t need 1, 4 or 7 anymore Thank you!
@brendantheclayboy , No that’s great thank you! The information in them is more valuable to me than getting a proper scan, I guess I should make that clear in the main post. I love seeing so much information in magazines like this, very nostalgic for me
Here is everything I deemed scan-worthy from Vol. 7, which is basically everything aside from the Manga and some Neo 2 promotion. Most of it probably isn’t directly tournament related, but how should I know, I sadly don’t speak Japanese

Bit late sorry, but at least now I can upload photos straight from my phone rather than use my camera and pc. I think this is what you’re looking for, I’m not sure if I’m picking out the correct bits though.
