It’s one of those cards that usually will have some damage since it’s so old and since it most likley came from the theme deck, another mint copy will never be pulled again. The theme deck cards have that stain on them from the aging glue. Currently there is only evidence that it comes from the theme deck.
I remember a friend had one in 6th grade, and we treated it like sdhit because we thought you couldn’t play, it since it didn’t “DO anything”. 
Still, my favorite fire pokemon, and my personal true grail, I’d say… The card I’d love to have, but will never be willing to pay to own. The grail cannot pass the great seal, otherwise, it loses it’s significance?
I bought one of these before i knew of the error in 2018 from a lgs - i think i paid $50 for the whole lot. This is the only picture i have, unfortunately it doesnt show the error! (Sold it on ebay in 2019 iirc)
