Given the fact that you started the thread, it would be interesting to know what you collect as well. I’ll get started then. 
If you’re referring to Pokemon, I mostly collect PSA graded Japanese promos.
As for other things, I collect PSA graded baseball cards and ungraded MTG reserve list cards.

Started with first edition wotc holos in psa 9 10 , mainly Japanese promos now.
currently saving for a psa 10 fan club magikarp and psa 10 natta pikachu
Newer ungraded Secret Rares, sealed Japanese Pokemon Center boxes and the occasional WOTC bargain.
You collect smiley faces?? 
I collect zards and WOTC sets mostly. I also have a small sealed collection. And just some random artworks that I enjoy!
I also have a few older Dragonball z carddass/hondan cards.
I collect beanie babies, they are the future

I collect PSA 10 charizards and have purchased 2 sealed booster box’s, 1st edition fossil and unlimited base set both in really good condition sealed in a display cases. also have a few favourites such as shining magikarp and alakazam.
I’m currently collecting first edition WOTC holos PSA 9, hit me up if you’re selling any spares 
Picked up a few ungraded recently. Is there someone in the UK who acts as a PSA grade middleman like Scott does for Merica?
People tend to gravitate towards ludkinscollectables for PSA grading in the UK.
There are also a few smaller chaps like GradedGroudon, KingBlastoiseTCG and myself, who also help out with PSA grading

I collect Base 2000, crystals and other Pokémon cards I think are cool.
Ludkins and graded gem are both good services. Graded gem is generally cheaper but ludkins provides pre grades.
Ludkins Collectibles. I’ve only graded cards twice, but they have excellent service for grading cards within Europe. And they are actually located in the UK.
