Hard to tell, can you take pictures of the box outside of the case?
It looks to me like it is definitely resealed. Looks like a second plastic wrap over the first one?
Yeah… why are there 2 seams?

Honestly, that box is a mess. The bottom of the box looks to be pretty dirty, possibly under the wrap? The story about double wrapping for additional protection seems ridiculous but maybe that’s just me.
Interesting. Theoretically if you take the first wrapping off, is the wotc seal covering the entire box? I’m sure others with a ton more experience will comment soon
I don’t see an issue with taking off the outer wrapper to check the integrity of the box. It looks to be the case that it is double wrapped. I’d be curious what the outer wrapper is hiding.
I’d get rid of that second layer and inspect the wotc wrapping, if you were planning on reselling this in future the second wrapping is going to throw up a lot of red flags for people anyway so best get rid of it.
Hard to tell, the crimping on the top of the box, the logos on the box are good signs (although it could be they reused the wrapping, but this is increadibly difficult to do and to get the right crimping). The seals themselves are a little suspect, but not enough for me to call it resealed. The bottom of the box is going to be the determining factor, if the dirt is on the outside of the wrapping it’s fine, if it’s on the inside it’s a dead giveaway that it’s a reseal. I can tell from pictures, you’re going to have to do the testing yourself.
