Hi guys! I already asked PSA for help in their support section and I’m waiting for a response, but here is the deal…
I won an auction for a card stored in the PSA vault and I decided to keep it in the vault, but I never had a PSA account, so I was prompted to make one upon paying for the card. Now that I made a PSA account using the links provided by PSA, the card is not showing up on my account.
I did use a different email than my ebay account when creating the PSA account. Is this why my card is not showing up? I was NOT told that I needed to keep the email the same as the ebay account when prompted to make the new account, but I’m guessing that is how they instantly know to transfer the card over. AM I correct?
I had the same problem, You need to use the same eBay email associated with your new PSA account. I emailed PSA when I won a card on auction and asked how I could I get it returned to me, that was there response.
So now I have two PSA accounts which is kind of annoying. Maybe in the future Ill see if I can change the email of my old account and close out the new account.
Thanks for that. I made an account with the same email used for eBay and it popped up instantly. Makes sense since eBay has to tell PSA where the card goes. They should note that the same email needs to be used though.
Under help/support there is an option for closing an account, but it will take 5-7 buisness days for anything to be done.
