Heya all.
I’ve had a PWCC vault for a few years now but for some random reason I setup a PSA vault account.
Today I got two emails from my eBay USA account (I’m based in Ireland) about failed delivery attempts to my PSA vault address.
I’ve never had this happen with PWCC so I’m unsure what to do next. Do I need to do anything or should I reach out to PSA or USPS?

Absolutely reach out to vault@collectors.com first with the tracking numbers.
Did it say reason for the failure? I’m not sure that the vault always takes in on weekends and they will try again on Monday potentially
Hopefully it was just a failed attempt for a signature on a Saturday when the business doors were closed

I had a similar experience with Pwcc. I got the card the next Monday. Good luck!
Yep looks like a weekend delivery issue. If it’s not delivered by Monday evening I’d reach out to the vault email I posted
