I am trying to create a virtual binder for some of my cards, and I don’t know if this is possible or even exists. But does anyone know anywhere online that allows you to add cards to virtual binder pages and then save the pages as images? I would want the option to add cards from multiple TCGs, so perhaps an add image rather than add card option, as that would be limiting the number of pages I could create.

I just use Google Sheets and add images via image address so I don’t have to download the images. For card databases for the image links I use pkmncards, TCGCollector and Pokemon Japan’s official website pokemon-card.
You can size the cells to however you like to act as the binder pages. Never bothered saving anything but maybe you could download as pdf or just screenshot the finalized page.
If you’re using multiple TCGs it’ll still work since all you need are image links, but I don’t think there is any site that has a goal to host every TCG since even 1 is a huge undertaking.
I have all my slabs scanned and grouped in a photo album. Technically you could scan or take pictures of all your cards, then use an app like photo quilt to make 9, 12, or 16 page binder pages. Then you could save all the photos to an album for quick flipping.
