Was my case tampered with?

I bought some cases of Vstar universe from different sellers on mercari.
Upon closer inspection, this case differed from the others. One side seemed to have been tampered with.

That’s why I decided to open the case to see if I got some of these fabled juice boxes.
When I took out the boxes they looked legit and the seals also looked what I expected them to be. I am no expert in those seals, so a second opinion would be appreciated.
The first box had a hole in the seal, but the seam looked okay to me. What do you think?

I opened one box to make sure I didn’t get any GI Joe booster packs, either.
Those are the hits from the box:

The Information I found on the internet stated that guaranteed pulls were either:
1 radiant, 1 SR energy, and 2 other SR or higher per box. That doesn’t include all of art rares, V, VMAX, or VSTARs included in the box.
Or:
1 SR Energy, 1 K Radiant, 3 AR, 1 SAR Pokemon, looks like 9 combined RR and RRRs, but the distribution between the rarities differ.

Now the big question.
What happened to my case? Just a horrible gluing job at the factory? Weighing boxes for god packs or SARs? Full reseal of the boxes? What do you guys think?

Isn’t there supposed to be 1 guaranteed alt art?

Looks to be resealed, check the serial numbers on the flaps of the packs you opened. They should all be the same

Interesting.
Do you mean these? Do they all need to be the same?

Yup those. Theoretically they should all be the same, although im sure there have been cases of slight factory mishaps.

3 AR’s and 1 SR / SAR is guaranteed per box. So looks like a reseal.

So I have 3 different serial numbers in there. 3 packs each and one without a serial number at all

Can someone confirm that serial numbers are always are the same in one box?

I opened one legit box of VU where the serial number printer messed up so most of the numbers were missing, but that’s a rare occurrence. The fact that this box has multiple numbers and is missing the hit means it’s virtually guaranteed resealed. I’ve never heard of the Japanese printer making a mistake like that.

Every sign is pointing to this being a resealed case full of resealed boxes.

I opened a new box, and it definitely seems to be a reseal. But to be honest the hits are not too bad

It looks like they somehow resealed it with legit packs after taking out the SRs and higher. Did the second box also have the mismatched pack serial numbers? Honestly I’d probably just crack the whole thing at this point.

yeah, the serial numbers were also split in three different groups.

What I am wondering is how they weight out exactly the SARs since the ARs should have the same weight.

Instead of weighing they may have just opened packs until they hit the SAR/SR in each box, then put the other leftover packs aside to use when resealing.
