Watching Pokemon Anime @ 35 years old

I haven’t watched the Pokemon anime since I was 10ish.

I just watched the final episodes of Ash and Pikachu’s journey on Netflix to see how it ends.

My mind is blown,

Over the course of the last 25 years I’ve never realized that Pikachu is sneezing when he shoots electricity.

I’m questioning everything I thought I knew…

What if a PkMn was allergic to trainer items?
Does the PkMn center have alternative potions/drugs in case of pharmaceutical side-effects?
Is Silph Co. a pharmaceutical company too?
How are they regulated?
Are all the government leaders in Kanto ALSO women?
So many questions…
