Ways to display ungraded booster packs?

Hey guys! I have several vintage ungraded booster packs that I want displayed on a shelf. Currently, they’re lying flat. What are some aesthetic options for “standing them up” for display?

Thanks in advance!!

I just keep the pack inside a fitted plastic sleeve and use a cheap PSA stand. It’s always worked fine for me.

@pokemoncardproject , what’s the size of a booster pack sleeve? like 80x120mm is okay or it’s better 89x127mm? I kind of measured the size of a pack and it’s under 70x120mm but I don’t know how much the thickness of the pack influences the sleeve size (i.e.: a 70x120mm sleeve won’t fit because of the thickness, so is 80mm enough?) thanks

For cheaper boosters I’ve used tarot card sleeves they work perfectly and for more expensive boosters I put it ontop of a card saver then place it in a perfect fit psa graded card sleeve which is bulkier but keeps the colour popping!

I think I actually use tarot sleeves. The ones @razkaii is talking about. (70mm?)

Yeah I’ve used multiple branded tarot sleeves and they all fit perfectly. Cheap aswell i think it was like £2 for 100.

I thought of this recently and wanted to try it out with cheaper boosters: Take two thermoplastic foil sheets, put the booster in the middle (maybe protected with a transparent layer of some sort, graded card sleeve for example), then use an iron to merge the borders of both sheets on low heat. If the booster can withstand that process, it’s sealed airtight, you can put the sheets in a binder and you can cut the booster free whenever you want.

I’d practice on steam siege

One of the best I’ve seen was someone put a magnet in the tarot sleeve and could stick the boosters to a magnetic board they hung on the wall.

omg best idea ever.

Card saver + Team bag is typically the standard. PSA mentioned they were working on a graded case for modern packs, but it has yet to materialize.

this will most likely lead to the current graded packs losing a good chunk of value. i already think they should lose value the way they are encapsulated now, so i may be biased.

Pardon my ignorance @smpratte, but what is a team bag?

@danthedoozy, They are plastic bags that typically go around a top loader, card saver or psa case. They are a staple in collecting:

I back the pack against a 4x6 toploader and bag it all in a PSA perfect fit sleeve. Works for me.

If you’re looking to go high-end, graded power sells these:
