Ah lol, I clearly misread that. Yes, there’s 18 graded by PSA at this very moment. 4 Authentic, 1 PSA 4, 1 PSA 5, 1 PSA 6, 4 PSA 8s, 6 PSA 9s and a single PSA 10.
Has Scott bought this yet? Lol

The 10 is a 9 that was regraded multiple times and has noticeable corner/edge wear

The Certificate number = 25335281. It is/was part of smpratte collection( see above). So let’s assume Scott is the seller( or the previous buyer which Scott would know) 
But is from scott or another owner that pikachu now?

The descriptions says its “the most valuable and rarest Pokémon card in the world”, which is only half true. It’s the most valuable, but not the rarest.
