What are the cards with charms on them?

i’ve noticed a handful of cards that have small charm things on the top left side, anyone know what it is?

These charms were introduced in the Pokekyun collection which was a concept set released in Japan. Each charm on the left is supposed to denote something about the Pokemon featured in the artwork.
