Actually, I know a guy who would know. I’ll ask him. I’ve seen these before. The first ones are I think jumbo cards made by Banpresto which is a company known for making vintage pokemon collectable products. The bottom ones look like post cards or art from Bandai.

I don’t know how to search for the drawing pads other than typing “vintage japanese pokemon drawing pad” or something like that into the ebay search bar. My friend got his charmander one, which he just sold, from friends he has in Japan. Sorry I can’t be of more help!
