They are fake (probably stickers) version of real topps cards bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Pok%C3%A9mon_Trading_Cards_series_1
Interesting. I wonder where on earth they came from. The rounded edges confused me.
Stickers like that usually came from vending machines in front of stores, in restaurants, etc.
