Hi all! I recently purchased this set of 6 cards but I have no idea what they are or where they came from.
I tried looking them up but couldn’t find anything other than 1 photo of 1 of the cards.
Any information on these is greatly appreciated!

Based on what’s written on them they appear to be certificates of some sort, for doing well in some sort of activity. A few of them seem to mention surfing… The word “license” is on a bunch of them.
My japanese reading ability is atrocious though, sorry I can’t be of more help.

They seem to be awards of some sort for being Jiyouzu na (above the hand or skilled) at something. Also says omedetou which means congratulations.
No personal interest in these but I can see Pika collectors showing interest. Check further for a solid translation.

i haven’t seen these cards before either, so maybe a little tough to comeby.

This at least gives me some idea of where they came from so thank you!
I bought them for my Lapras collection, having this bit of information makes them more special to me so I’m happy 
Now I actually am behind my pc and can look at the images in normal size, I can read things a bit better
the top left one says this on the front
Pikachu no
naminori daibouken
lapras ni notte
A kyuu
License
ninteishou
wich means something along the lines of “Pikachu’s big surfing adventure, riding Lapras. A kyu (not sure about this but think it might mean A rank) license, certificate.”
The back:
A kyuu license ninteishou
kimi wa “pikachu no naminori daibouken”
ga tottemo jouzu nano de A kyuu ni nintei shimasu.
with then spaces for a picture and entering your name.
so something along the line of:
A rank license certificate
because you are very skilled in " pikachu’s big surfing adventure" you are certified with A rank.
Not sure if that’ll help you find out anything useful, the others are all pretty similar and seem to be variations of the same thing.

My guess is that it’s some sort of certificate you get or used to get for doing really well at this game.
If anyone manages to find out more about this, feel free to add to this.
