For someone that collects Lugia, are there any prestigious and high end cards for this legendary pokemon?
IIRC, there’s the Japanese Lottery promo with 1000 cards distributed.
I think there’s also a trophy card that had the winner’s face on it, but that’s a population of 1 or something?
Anyone know of anything else that exists for Lugia?
If I were chasing Lugia, it’d either be the 1st edition Neo Genesis, the Aquapolis Crystal, or the Japanese Lottery Prize (same artwork as the English Call of Legends)

Yeah the trophy card is as high as it gets
If we are branching outside of the TCG, it could possibly be the TOPPS Ghost rare lugia from the second movie set. That’s ridiculously rare from what I recall. But overall its probably the Present camp Shiny lugia that is in COL, It’s less scarce and you can honestly see them on sale pretty frequently although it’s probably the physically rarest one.
Unfortunately, it’s pretty much unobtainable unless pkonno has that too.
Just wondering if there’s anything else to chase once I have all the previously mentioned cards.
I guess the Lugia ex PLAY promo is also somewhat rare.

Everything has been stated here already, but theres also technically two of the illusion Zoroark illustration cards which also have Lugia drawn on them. Only 100 copies were distributed of those last I recall, so up there with the trophy and l-p shiny

Np! Theyre really cool arts too just hard to come by haha. If you search em on bulbapedia you can pull up a list that shows all the winning cards and there might be more im not recalling too
