What is this called?

I have a couple of packs from 1999 opened from a sealed booster box
and I notice on the backs of these packs, there are little holes in the wrapping. THey line up and are usually on the right rim of the pack

Do you guys know what the terminology is for this?

I’ve never heard them called anything in particular but I suppose they are a kind of tool mark that happens during the sealing process.

Edit: For the sake of describing them in a ebay listing you might call them “factory perforations”

They are factory perforations.

I recall someone saying they are there from production so that they can be shipped via air freight (as pressurised items can explode - like a sealed booster). Not sure as to the legitimacy of that though.

A quick scan on all of my boosters reveals they all have perforations
