Although the Espeon of @xzini 's second choice is a very close second as well. Both are stunningly beautiful cards.

What I really love about the Neo sets is how Pokémon who normally would not receive such treatment were featured as holos. It was kind of a perfect storm. Pokémon got holos just because they were new, something would never be again. But also because they were Dark or Steel, which were new types the TCG was promoting. So lots of Pokémon got holos that would never get holos again, producing a really interesting assortment.
Magnemite, Houndour, Misdreavus, Porygon 2, Smeargle, and Yanma come to mind. Also Pichu and Togetic which would see some future holos but generally would not. Shining Magikarp was also the first of its kind. It was a cool time in Pokémon where we’d never had new things before and lots of cards got the VIP treatment that could only be justified at that point in time.
