Hi, they were distributed within a Pokemon CD along with other promotional cards (commonly known as ‘CD Promos’).

The card on the right, ‘Computer Error’, was also given out to participants of the Kamex Mega Battle. That version is distinguishable by the white shadow behind the R Symbol instead of red. It is also much more rare and expensive.

Well there are only 12 PSA 10 graded Super Energy Retrieval (the left card on your pic) and 22 PSA 10 Computer Errors. Usually they have terrible centering and the glossy card stock is also quite delicate.

But I guess there isn’t that much demand for these cards so maybe 150-250 USD for Super Energy Retrieval and 100-150 for Computer Error. I’d grade them if they have a good shot at a 10!
