What's the oldest Pokemon CGC cert you know of?

According to this CGC article, the first card they ever graded was a No. 1 Trainer, but I’ve never seen the cert number. The oldest cert that I’ve been able to find is this German 1st Edition Base Set Holo Zapdos.

I have an ancient mew with a pedigree like “CGC Launch” that was slabbed before they started publicity grading

I got this graded on 7/10/20, when they launched on 7/6 (I shipped that day). I’m going to try to find the cert number since I no longer own the card It’s def not the first but it’s really really early.

What is the cert range to describe the cgc grading “harsh” wher emajority of cards were getting 8.5? Is that sub 400000000?
