When sending a card in for a review

When sending a card in for a review for a regrade with psa, should I put something in the " Submittion Comments / Requests box?
( my Card is an 8 and I definatly think it can be a 9 )

I don’t see any need to, definitely do not tell them I think my card is a 9.

Pretty sure they don’t look at the comment section anyways.

I sometimes wonder if all the people who say PSA is lowering their standards, if they return their cards back and say my card wasn’t worthy of a 10 it should’ve gotten a 9 lol.
