Soooo, last night before I went to sleep. I messaged a guy on insta that has psa 8 Venusaur 1st ed! I was happy with the price advertised. So I messaged and asked about postage to the uk. Around an hour later he hit back with answer at this point I’m asleep! It’s after midnight in the UK work tomorrow blah blah and his from NZ.
I replied this morning happy with his answers for him then to say the item sold an hour prior to me waking up on eBay!
Grrrrrr! Now I’m going to work with a mood and I want to kick myself! Happy Monday folks
This happens to me all the time on DEJAPAN. Most recently it happened with a Pal City card. Put in a snipe bid for $15 before going to bed, wake up and it sold for $16.
But yeah @gen1a, it happens. Life gets in the way of many of things, but just rest assured knowing that some things should always be put before hobby and dun, or even work for others in some cases. We’ve all been there before, but youll get your break and chance at one someday, as theres always another set card and theres always another deal to be had.
Keep your chin up and while upsetting, try to enjoy the day knowing that theres brighter times to be seen!
