Hi Im new to the thread and was wondering if I wanted to buy in bulk from countries such as Japan or elsewhere where would I go? Also any tips and pointers on buying cards for bulk would help thanks!
Keeping a close eye on eBay lot sales may help.
It’s less secure, but those Facebook groups focused on selling Pokemon cards are/can be a good spot to buy bulk.
On the one group I am still a member of in the Netherlands I see all the ‘collectors’ cracking cases every week just for the Secret and Hyper Rares selling bulk almost the same moment. When I check their profile it’s clear to see that most of them are students just trying to make an extra buck by selling Pokémon, but it’s worth a shot to go that way.
For older bulk, and especially bulks including Rares/Holo Rares go with what Gary suggests; sit on eBay lot sales like a momma goose on her eggs.

Just search for Pokemon Buy/Sell in the Groups or on the Facebook Marketplace. But it’s like dealing on Instagram, you never 100% sure if you get what you bought, or get it at all.
What kind of bulk are you looking to buy? English, Japanese, or both? which generations of cards, and what rarities? For new English, Facebook should have some very cheap bulk now, for other stuff, ebay might be good, or maybe I could help you out too
