Just came across this insert card in the binder of someone’s collection on reddit. Since I’ve never seen it before, I was wondering if anyone here knows where this insert card is from:

Pretty sure it came from one of those base set machamp player decks. If my memory serves me correctly.
I know nothing about the Card, but there is something similar on the back of my Advanced Rulebook (Version 2 - Team Rocket Trouble and Devastation).
I had this the other week and opened it. It was a dark arbok prerelease w gold stamp.
How many different ones are there? How long did they use them?
