Hi!
I do have a little collection of Korean Kingdra cards I would like to grade and wonder what, preferably European, grader is willing to do that?

PCA is a really good option, and there grading is pretty consistent/accurate.
What is with their submission website though? I cannot seem to select any Korean cards at all. Either that or my IQ dropped below 100 today.
They only do base set at PSA as well as the world collection so you don’t have many options with them sadly

CGC is another option but last I heard they weren’t grading most languages yet.
