Worlds Finalist Cards - how many were given out?

I was checking quantities of Worlds cards in PSA and found that there are 3 Tropical Tidal Wave Finalist cards graded: www.psacard.com/pop/non-sport-cards/2010/pokemon-world-championships-promo/95327

But how is that possible? I thought that there is one copy of that card, as only 2nd player received it?

There are different divisions.
Juniors, Masters and Open iirc?

@pokemontrader Thanks, right, I forgot about age divisions. So looks like all existing were graded (Juniors, Seniors and Masters). What do you mean by Open iirc?

iirc - if i remember correctly.

I think each finalist gets 2 copies. Also they might be given to the VGC players too

“Two copies of each of the top-ranking versions are awarded to respective players across the three divisions making a total of 192 top thirty-two versions, 96 top sixteen versions, 48 quarter-finalist versions, 24 semi-finalist versions, and 12 finalist versions at each Worlds.”

Poke-geri is right

So does that mean there are 6 “Champion” stamped versions awarded per year?

The first rule of stamped annual Worlds promos is to leave expectations of consistency at the door. The distribution changes damn near every year and the hazy memories of winners are unreliable.
