So last week I had an actual pokemon card nightmare, which I think is the first I have ever had.
In my dream I was opening a WOTC brushfire theme deck and I pulled a shadowless “no damage” Ninetales. In my excitement I somehow proceeded to literally bend the card in half as I opened the wrapping. Not even sure how I did it in my dream, but I woke up totally distressed.
In retrospect, there are way worst nightmares to have, but being a collector, I guess it was only a matter of time. It’s one of my favorite error cards and we were discussing it on the forum recently.
Anyone else ever literally dream or have a nightmare about pokemon cards? Love to know if you guys have cards on the brain as you sleep!
I never had a Pokemon Card related Nightmare but in all seriousness a Pokemon Ranger (DS) related one. I can not remember how old I was (12?) but I used to play before going to sleep. I finally made it to Charizard, it was a troublesome journey and I was very excited. I decided to go to bed, to tackle this task after a sound sleep. I was already approaching the wake up phase as it happened. I dreamt about the final fight against Charizard. All went well until I suddenly dropped my stylus and couldn´t catch the Zard. It then disappeared. The dream was so bad I can still remember it until this day.
