I think if one of these do come up, you’re going to have a lot more people offering more than $10,000. I think the last one went for $12k+ if i’m correct. And that was when the gem zard was still sub $13-$15k. But good luck, definitely a very sought after box lol

I expect the next one of these to go for at least $15-20k. Hopefully the next one comes via a true auction through one of the big guys like pwcc or similar. If Dave and Adams or Collectors Cache or somebody gets another one to list at buy it now I would fully expect to see $25k or best offer.
This may or may not be true but one guy on FB claimed he sold 2 boxes for $24000 each. Apparently he bought a case at a local game store near his place when the LGS closed down 10 years ago. Not too sure how true this is but yeah

I would be surprised, but only mildly. $24k with what the cards have been doing lately is not out of the realm of possibility, but definitely towards the high end of what I would expect.
It is very very unlikely you would get a PSA 10 zard, but still the value should outweigh it quite heavily since it is a possibility. Also it is a certainty that you are getting 360 pack fresh 1st edition cards which investing another ~$4,000 or so to grade them all can yield a fair bit more value especially if you hit some of the low pop 10’s like oak, lass, charmeleon, wartortle etc.
