$1500 is low, youll be lucky to find one for less than $1800.
That would be an insanely good deal for you. Your best bet would be to watch ebay autions and snag one that way. I recently got a good deal on a BGS 9 for about $1600, but its still gonna cost me 200ish to cross it over to PSA.
Hmm honestly 1500 through paypal is not that low at all. I’ve been watching a lot of the auctions recently and the bidding ends around the $1600-1700 area. Minus the ebay and paypal fees (15%) = $1445. I recently sold my BGS 9 for 1400 privately so good luck

its the shipping and insurance that really makes it expensive. 1st ed Zards should never go through the mail without insurance.

I wouldn’t dodge the customs fees for the reason of if the card is somehow lost you are going to be out of pocket for everything apart from the declared value. With big purchases it’s best to just suck up the costs as the risk is too high without doing so in my opinion.
