Looking to buy binder collections base set is where I’d like to start but interested in them all. Would be nice if the cards were in NM shape at least.

In addition to price like megazone brought up, I’m assuming you’re looking for English and not Japanese?
How do I know the price? I’m open to price based on what condition the cards are in. So really based on the collection. English preferably but open to Japanese. These are all things based on what’s available.
People on this forum have the cards you’re looking for. But most of them don’t have the time to figure out what cards you want at what price point.
I suggest you narrow down your search a bit to a few cards in particular and see what they go for on sites such as eBay. Make a list of those cards and the price you want to offer for them and see if you get any response. A range of prices is also acceptable if you want to factor in condition, but you already stated to prefer NM, so I would go with a NM offer and note that you’re willing to go for a card in a worse condition if the price reflects that.
And then it’s wait and see:
Little to no response → Your offer was too low
A lot of response → Your offer was too high

We have the rule that you must include the price you’ll pay for the item you’re asking for because too many low ballers come in and waste everybody’s time.

On price from 700 to 1.5K id like a nice base collection.

I have a few Base Unlimited Sets complete, one Base 2, 3 Base Shadowless sets (not all holos are NM), two of each jungle and fossil and rocket complete and one of each 1st Edition complete for J/F/R sets. I’ll stop there. I’m not in a rush to sell so I won’t go to eBay prices that are few hundred bucks or for a base unlimited set. But ya, DM me if interested.
