I already have them all, I literally just need this last one. I have the worlds most complete collection at this point to my understanding. Nick from OldSkool has the second best I have seen.

@packyman I heard something interesting from a Korean collector friend of mine. I’m planning a trip back to Korea this winter and was thinking of checking out his new card shop. We ended up talking about the Korean base set, and he mentioned that the unlimited pack you’re looking for was never released in Korea. Only the 1st edition packs were available there. Some unlimited packs did come out in Australia, but they weren’t exported to Korea. So, if you come across any unlimited Korean base set cards in Korea, they’re just from the Korean theme decks. Hope that helps!
