Looking to buy a:

Chinese Base Set Blastoise 1st Ed in NM/Mint ungraded - $100 or graded 8 - $140.

I’m not sure about the price so just throwing this out there. If anyone has better info please let me know and I will update my price.

I think for a nm/mint ungraded it’s a fair offer but if you are looking for one graded at a 8-9 you would have to increase your offer. At a best guess $130+ for a 8 and $180+ for a 9. Last two on psas auction prices sold in 2017, it was the same card graded at psa 8.5, first sold for $91 in March then resold for $170 in September:
