Just to clarify, are you looking for the V or the Vmax? The going rate for the Vmax may be similar to what you posted (here is a link on eBay to a BGS 10 for $425 OBO: BGS 10 Pristine Pokemon Evolving Skies Leafeon Vmax Alt Art 205/203 | eBay) but based on listings I believe the V should be even cheaper than that.
