Seeking a Japanese 1st Ed. Rayquaza Gold Star from the Clash Of the Blue Sky set.
Number 067/082.
Preferably looking at copies that are in the NM to M range, ideally. I am a discerning collector and a few other members on here can vouch for me, I hope.
Paying fair market price - will spend upwards of $200 for the right card. Pictured below for reference.

Good luck Dan, it will most likely be hard to find this is NM-Mint condition ungraded. You may have better luck pulling it from a pack lol jk. I think most people that have it in that condition would get it graded cuz it strikes a big premium. If I remember correctly, it has a low pop, at least PSA 10 wise.
But that isn’t fair market price for a 1st edition in NM/M condition, that is Unlimited pricing for the card, no one will bite at that. The last 2 PSA 8’s (which is, NM-M) sold for $375 and $400, might want to think about your price a little more. Good luck.

I did mention upwards of $200 for the ungraded card. Pricing is hard as I realise not many are around, but will happily pay much more for cards higher in condition.
